The hotel rooms were nicely appointed, but I had a couple of issues with the air conditioning system in my room. It was convenient to have the ice machines and elevators nearby. The service was excellent and courteous, although I noticed some private discussions among the staff. The location was great for my needs, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to where I wanted to go. The dining experience was a bit pricey for what was offered, and the lobby could have used an extra staff member to speed up service.
